Publication Process

To publish your completed research as an article in one of our B.E.S.T. journals, please upload your article, paper, research or work as a Word & PDF file through my account log-in.

In the following publication process, each submission gets three different opportunities for your research to be published:

  • Full paper in our one of the four journals
  • Full paper in an online database
  • Full paper in e-book compilation

PLEASE NOTE that when you send, submit or upload any of your article, research, paper or work in our systems to publish with us, you provide/ transfer to INRME/CEO24X7 copyright of the work to us for its life which cannot be cancelled later on. Therefore, please make sure you have appropriately and clearly acknowledged all sources and resources including permissions obtained from other authors if needed. Once submitted you are still free to re-use your own work as you also own the copyright as it is your literary or research work. This is how the publication process works when you submit a paper to be considered for publication.

Step 1: Submission of full paper sent with an e-mail from your authentic email account. It is preferred that you send/upload submissions by registering through your organisational email address such as you work email ID .com, .org or academic institution email such as .ac.uk, .ac.in or .edu. (Please note yahoo, hotmail, gmail or outlook email IDs will not work for this registration or submission.)

Step 2: You will receive notification of acceptance, correction, challenges, revision or rejection for your submitted paper from us.

Step 3: Notification for the final acceptance, if successful in step 2.

Step 4: Further notifications if selected, for inclusion of your full paper in our proposed research data base (https://TheResearchDirect.com) or any book or e-book compilation or publication online in journal or any of CEO24X7 portals or further proceeds or book.

Copyrights of Submission

You, co-authors, your sponsors, grant providers, resources providers, your organisation and/or your institute (hereafter referred as “you”) agree the following terms and conditions the moment and/or from the minute you send your submission in the email to us.

  • Papers/ Article/ Research and/or any such work you submit or submitted to INRME (or CEO24X7) or our journals should not have been published before in their present or similar looking form(s).
  • You agree that your work is not a copy or an infringement of anyone’s copyright or patent. For ease of understanding and agreement, our institute/ INRME/CEO24X7 owns any and/or all copyrights of the article, research, paper or work from the moment you submit or send it for review or publication.
  • We own the legal copy rights of all papers/ articles/works submitted to us and published by us including free commercial use and reuse in any forms any number of times during its lifetime for any location worldwide and/or for any language with “no obligation and/ or no liability of any compensation, reimbursement, salary, fee and/or payment to any author, co-author, sponsor, grant provider, employer, employee, organisation, business, institute or your any associate in any form whatsoever”.
  • There are no restrictions or time limits on the copy rights you transfer to us when you submit. At the same time, you indemnify our institute, journals, company (CEO24X7) and staff for any issues or all types of claims arising out of your submission because you have not obtained permissions from others, or you have violated others’ copyrights in your submission.

Review process

Each submission is reviewed by editor, expert panel formed from board members or subject experts for its contribution, originality, novelty, methodological validity, yield, possibility of commercialisation and its overall quality. The decision to accept, to comment for improvement or to reject the submission at any time is taken based on reviewers’ recommendations.
